OP ROSEPOOL |
||
Today, Officers from North Warwickshire Safer Neighbourhood Team have been conducting patrols around Curdworth and Wishaw following reports of the illegal use of off road bikes in the villages. We do take this matter seriously and we are working with West Midlands and Staffordshire Police to gather intelligence and information on the people who are causing these issues in our communities. Please be reassured that there is work ongoing in the background which we are hoping to get some results from in the near future. We rely on intelligence from our communities about these off road bikes in order to deal with them, so we are urging residents to report these bikes through to us on the dob em in report form. These reports go through to WCC then are sent through to the police so we can act on them accordingly. We have put up dob em in signs in the hotspot locations and we share the information (QR code to report) through this social media page and through the monthly newsletter. More signs are going to be put up soon. We now have a dedicated operation for the illegal use of off road bikes, OP Rosepool aims to tackle these issues and bring offenders to justice. Officers have now been committed on weekends for dedicated patrols of hotspot areas. You will be seeing more from OP Rosepool in the near future, standby for further updates..... 6360 | ||
